Hello, nice to meet you. Let me introduce myself. My favorite cereal is Cap'n Crunch's Crunch Berries. These days you might find me learning a new skill in the kitchen. When I was little I wanted to be a news anchor, but now I'm happy to be at Echo&Co. Did you know that one of the other folks here was chased by a toucan ?

Alyssa is a content strategist and information architect at Echo&Co, where she helps clients present their expertise to the world in a way that is engaging, exciting, and inspiring. She is eager to help organizations tell their story while uplifting their mission and encouraging their communities to get involved.

Prior to joining Echo&Co, Alyssa worked at the American Council for Education, where she worked on web content strategy and fell in love with the nonprofit industry. Before that, she was a journalist, covering a wide range of topics from healthcare and medical devices, to retirement, technology, and women’s issues.

Alyssa earned a bachelor’s degree in English and history from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, and a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership and management from Arizona State University. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys reading, cooking, leisurely cups of coffee, and coaxing cuddles out of her half-tailed cat, Ellie.
